Spring has sprung! It’s barely the middle of March, and already things have started warming up outside. With this change of the seasons hitting us, it may be time to do a bit of spring cleaning.
Spring cleaning your life is a bit more difficult than just scrubbing down the shelves and windows in your home. When applied to your life, the theory of “cleaning it out” can be significant (how much are you willing to change?) and at times, quite terrifying. But it’s easier than you think!
Spring cleaning your life can be as simple as getting rid of unwanted clutter, so start small. Try things like decluttering your mind of negative emotions or thoughts, improving your diet so that you’re living healthier, or getting rid of the physical clutter in your space. Bring more positivity into your life through things like using positive affirmations, treating yourself more kindly, or volunteering in your community. Basically, all you are doing is removing the negative things, and replacing them with better, more positive-feeling things
If you really want to go all in with this project, try things like assessing your relationships to remove the ones that no longer serve your life currently. And if you want to start afresh with a clean slate and a clear mind this new season, one of the best things you can do is to get your finances in order. Make a plan to save money. You can do it.
The time for change is now.
